Sir Nicholas Winton organized the rescue of 669 children from Czechoslovakia on the eve of World War II in an operation that would later become known as the Czech Kindertransport. Chiaroscuro tells the story of both Winton’s remarkable and selfless act of heroism and the extraordinary journey of one particular group of children he saved.
