Description

The Pope makes legal history having his predecessor exhumed and put on trial. The charges seem petty but powerful forces are demanding this act of political theatre. To the Roman people it is nothing more than a sacrilegious and shallow PR stunt; one fated to backfire when the mob’s sense of propriety is ignored. RFT return to the Fringe with a brand-new black comedy exploring the relationship between power and the past, the dangers of ignoring the sensibilities of the masses, and just where one finds a new nose at three in the morning.
