Burt Williamson: As Yet Entitled

Comedy (stand-up)

Description

With the success of his first show, I've Not Heard of You Either – **** (Scotsman) – comedian Burt Williamson returns to the Fringe with another 45-minute offering of 'absurd and excellent' (RifeMagazine.co.uk) stand-up comedy. Simultaneously polite and gratuitous, smart and stupid, no topic is too bizarre or too provocative for this exciting newcomer.

Hailing from Bristol, Mr. Williamson dealt expertly with some initial unexpected crowd interjections, going on to regale us with thoughts on pigeons, ‘regional’ accents and the correct amount of tumescence for a first date. Particular highlight: the ‘Ant’ bit. We'll be seeing a lot more of this chap, in the future...

Fun, intimate (numbers were low) and enjoyable. We went as part of the Free Fringe and happily stuck a tenner in the bucket at the end of the show.
Burt interacted really well with the audience (don't mention the pigeons!) and also used some of his prepared material.
Great fun and Burt is, in our opinion, likely to become more and more well known.
