Description

An evolving, international performance collective, centring and celebrating disabled, queer people of colour, Brownton Abbey’s kaleidoscopic events investigate and reclaim traditions of ritual and spirituality from within these marginalised, intersectional communities. Renowned for Afro-Futurist performance parties, the collective now adapts their pioneering work for a digital landscape. Brownton Abbey: Talk Show, is a frank and open conversation with artists and collaborators from the Brownton Abbey universe. Join their Afro-Futurist Space-Church for exclusive screenings premiering brand new commissions together with the Talk Show element between each work.
