Description
Bring Me to Light is a contemporary dance piece dedicated to finding beauty in your inner demons. Based on the line, 'If I show you the darkness I hold inside' by composer Jeanine Tesori, this piece celebrates diversity and overcoming self-hate. Bring Me to Light features six dancers all representing separate lives. They are dancing as individuals rather than a group. Stories of overcoming addiction, heartbreak and mental illness compose the 40-minute show and leave audiences hopeful for a better tomorrow. We all have a past, life is too short to hide. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
