Description

***** (Dircksey.com.au). ****½ (FourthWallMedia.Wordpress.com). After a sell-out run in 2018, the book-themed comedy compilation hit is back! If you’ve ever paused after reading something to take a moment and collect yourself, read naked or thought the book was way better but didn’t want to be the kind of person who says 'the book was way better', this show's for you my friend. Other show titles not chosen: A Novel Comedy Show, Girls Gone Wilde (Also Featuring Boys), Harry Potter and the Book-Themed Comedy Show No One Attended.

Two star

Read this on The Independent's list of top 10 free shows. As an English teacher, was enthused by the idea. Unfortunately, the performers were poor. Laughs were rare and, in all honestly, most of the acts didn't speak about books or reading. Host seemed like a nice guy and had a good presence
