Description
Toronto-based Duane Forrest will take you on a journey from the beginnings of reggae in Jamaica, sharing key stories from Bob Marley’s life, the meanings of some of his songs and the political impact his work had on Jamaica and the world. Woven through the show will be his acoustic versions of the pivotal songs from Marley and other reggae greats. These are the songs that have reshaped countless lives, including his own. This was an excellent show! It was a great atmosphere with lovely music. Duane Forrest is a super talented musician and a great story-teller, definitely go if you have the chance!!
