I won’t deny being unsure about this one before I went but it was such a lot of fun I went twice, each a completely different experience

An incredibly enriching, important and fulfilling experience for anyone willing to take the hand of their 5 year old self and indulge in pure playtime and joy. Went alone, and had a joyous hour filled with infectious laughter and genuine connections! Soleil is outstanding at what she does, and if you are even slightly interested in this show, close your eyes and jump in! You won’t regret it.

A breath of fresh air from all the typical-style shows in the fringe. It was an excellent & heartwarming way to start the day off. I highly recommend it!

This was one of my favourite experiences at the Fringe!
I had seen Big Kid Kindergarten on Tik Tok, and was so excited to go at the Fringe. First off all, being a morning activity, I found it a great start to our day. It was great fun, and felt like such a welcoming and inclusive experience. Everyone was so kind to each other, and Soleil was a great teacher!
I especially enjoyed it as a neurodivergent trans man. On one hand, it allowed to connect with the little boy that I never got to be. On the other hand, it allowed me to just joyfully unmask and have fun in a way that would typically be seen as "childish" by some, with no judgement!
It was such a therapeutic experience, and I only wish it was longer! I could've happily done it all day! My boyfriend and I were so tempted to book again for the next day, but unfortunately had other commitments.
I 100% recommend going, especially for any neurodivergent and/or trans person, anyone who wants to reconnect with or re-imagine their childhood, or anyone who wants to just have some unfiltered fun! I really hope to go back one day!

The best escape from some Fringe overload. We had a really good time at Big Kid Kindergarten. I didn't really know what to expect going into it, but Soleil executed a really clear vision in a fun and engaging way. It was calming and thought provoking at the same time - and who doesn't love a show that includes nap time? Highly recommend this show!

One of our all-time favourite experiences at the fringe. Bringing an entirely new concept and meaning to immersive theatre, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bond with your younger self. Soleil is an incredible kindergarten teacher/performer, creating a true authentic and safe environment to explore your inner child. In our session, a number of people were coming back for their second time, and we’re not surprised why!
