Don’t waste your money and time
Positives: Great compere, one decent act
Negatives: terrible value for money, 3 torturous acts, totally inappropriate for kids, either over their heads or making us all squirm! Reference to sex, suicide, bad language and even nazi references!

Sadly this show disappointed. The MC was good but only one of the performances was of a quality that might stand up to the billing of Best of the Fest. N.Ormes was brilliant and I’ve bought a ticket for the full show. The other three performances were dull and simply didn’t survive the transformation from full show to 10 minutes taster. Maybe the less sanitised late night ‘Best of’ is a wiser offering.

That was utter garbage today, truly woeful performances.

Very disappointed today with the Best of the Fest. We have gone to this show many times over the years and never had such poor acts. I would say it was more the Worst of the Fest. Alot of money to sit for and hour watching pure rubbish. Whoever selected the acts for todays performance should be ashamed

Saw this show on Friday 11th and walked out before the end. Boring compère, very noisy, didn’t hear the name of any of the four acts. The juggler was only average, some dancers ( who? No idea) were invisible once lying onstage unless you were on the front row, comedian failed to engage with his audience and the fourth act was for children.
Very disappointing

This show had an amazing turnout and atmosphere, which was lovely to see so early on in the day. With a different lineup each day, it’s hard to tell what will work and what won’t but with an atmosphere so good it’s always worth a shot. Particular shout out to our compare, Myra Dubois who was absolutely bloody brilliant!

Great way to see a bite sized piece of several shows so you know if you’d like to see the whole thing. Many we liked some not so much. We have been 3 times now.
