Description

Comedian Ben Fallaci strips down and gets vulnerable in Shower Chair, a one-man show about stepping out of shadows and stepping into yourself. Cape Cod native Fallaci tells a story about surviving wintery island life and making a deal with the devil to escape it. A never before seen self-deprecating story of a small-town gay struggling with his identify while itching for something big – dressed in nothing but a towel and perched on a shower chair. Ben Fallaci is a Los Angeles-based comedian who performs stand-up around the area and performs improv with the Groundlings.

Saw this last night not knowing what to expect but I've been turning it over in my brain ever since. It is a very raw, vulnerable, funny tale, and Ben Fallaci had the entire audience in the palm of his hand the entire time. It was an incredibly brave performance - much stronger than I expected going in - and I'm glad I had the chance to see this.
