Description

No matter how long the winter – spring is sure to follow. A story about journeys, routine, missed moments, pain, irrational thoughts, assumptions, fear, surprising compassion, screens, memories, loneliness, coffee and unlikely friendships. It’s about how we connect with those around us even on the smallest level and the impact we have on others without knowing it. It’s about seasons and change and how nothing ever stays the same. But mostly it’s about hope and how finding those moments of connection make the world a better place.

Very touching, albeit sometimes a bit hard to follow. But after a while it's clear what's real and what's just in their heads.

The actors where good but didn’t like the story

Not a good one

Simply because the playwright is not talented.

Seems like a work of some Uni's drama society

I am 27 and I am too old for this

Amazing show, it tackles tricky subjects of life, loss and friendship in a clever and beautiful way. All three actors are incredible and the way sound and song is incorporated is amazing. Definitely give stars and worth seeing if you have the chance. Well done to PACE and all those involved.

This is one you cannot miss this year. Thought provoking piece of theatre that is acted so perfectly by the three actors, each bringing something so beautiful to the piece.
The story truly does take you on an amazing character journey as you gradually learn more about the characters as the piece goes on. Highly recommend to everyone going to the festival this year.

Great show! Packs an emotional punch - I wasn't the only one dabbing my cheeks!! Loss, loneliness and friendship tackled sensitively and also with humour. A real achievement from this new company. Well done PACE Rep Theatre, more please!

This show actual broke me man.

First of all, leaving the emotional aspect to the side, this show was phenomenal. Really well written, directed, produced, soundtracked and most of all amazingly performed. The three performers were so spectacular. They were real, they were live, they were tangible, their words carried weight and left the performers weightlessly.

The show itself speaks of loss, connectivity, change, adaptability, repetition, repetition and openness of emotion. I was left making extremely ugly crying faces from halfway through. Avalanche didn't leave me broken, but I did leave with a new appreciation for the now, the real moments that evaporate far too quickly. I treated it as a sharp lesson in appreciation for things I have, and a subtle reminder that all things change.

This show is incredibly important, particularly for young people who may not know what they have.

Stunning performance with all of us sharing tears of joy and despair as the cast told the story of the emotional wrangles facing young people and families today. Unanimously our FAVOURITE piece of this years Fringe, well done to 3 tremendous young actors

What a beautifully written and performed show. The themes of connection and identity so relevant to all, explored in 3 highly engaging characters. 'pin drop' theatre.. Loved it!

Well worth going to see. All three performers were fantastic and worked seamlessly together. There was a quiet, beautiful simplicity to the storyline which built up and up into a great wee show. Was also a great way to start another fringe day for us. Recommended.
