Description
Observational comedy joining three flight attendants from Applesby Airlines as they share with you various colourful characters from their lives. 'I laughed so hard I cried. Attendants looks at life through the eyes of three flight attendants; their observations are to the point, raw and emotional. 20 minutes of pure escapism and not to be missed' (Audience review). 'Clever, witty and hugely entertaining from start to finish!' (Audience review). Attendants is the first visit to Edinburgh for Amelie, Ava and Lola, who wrote this show inspired by the works of John Godber. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. At 20 minutes in length, think of this as a short haul flight. The Attendants dips into the lives of three flight attendants, along with some dubious passengers, even more dubious security staff, and Applesby Air's famously sexy pilots.
Well acted, amusing (I especially liked the stag and hen do skits on the flight), fun and breezy, my one complaint is that I wish it could have been longer: which is a compliment, really!
Another enjoyable show, which gets a bonus point for the 'Tips for Flying' leaflet given to the audience. That was a lovely touch!

Really enjoyed this. The three-strong cast, who have also written this piece, are very talented. I would like to see this lengthened and filled out and either turned into a narrative or presented as a revue. But they were brilliant and this is a really funny piece. Enjoy!

Loved this show - 3 brilliant young actors in an original show. Saw it on Thursday 10th August at venue 39. I'd like to see a longer version of this show - varied characters and great storyline. Highly recommend.
