Description

A drop-in event with activities, talks and the opportunity to meet one of Edinburgh Zoo's armadillos! We're exploring amazing skin – and what it tells us about our identity, our emotions and how we view ourselves. What is a freckle? Why do we blush? Why do you get pimples? We'll answer all these questions and many more! Drop-in any time between 12:00 - 14:00.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance
