Description

Comedian. Trans woman. Voice of a generation. After a slew of award wins, nominations and five-star reviews, Anna Piper Scott has earned herself the title of Australia's most acclaimed independent comedian. Now she's making her UK debut with her most controversial show. A show that draws from Hannah Gadsby, Dave Chappelle and court jesters, all to ask one question: how do you be funny without being stuck as the punchline? 'Puts the trans in transgressive' ****½ (Chortle.co.uk). 'Genius-level... a masterpiece... an outsider story for outsiders' (Saturday Paper). Winner of Best Emerging Writer, Melbourne Fringe.
