Description
Celebrating his 30th consecutive festival, Fringe legend, West End/Broadway director and Olivier Award winner, Guy Masterson, presents his globally renowned solo adaptation of George Orwell's barnyard classic for its final Edinburgh outing! Comic, tragic and politically on point, this is one truly extraordinary performance that is not to be missed! 'Gives new nuance and meaning to the upwardly mobile pigs!' (Herald). ‘True to Orwell's masterpiece but genuinely adds to it allowing its relevance to blossom. Infinitely entertaining and utterly captivating. A powerful tour-de-force that is utterly enthralling! (FringeReview,co.uk). ‘Inspiring, exciting, frightening, mournful and poignant!’ (Kansas City Star). Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. Strong performance from Mr Masterton. Sad to hear that this is his last offering of this one man show. We are hopeful we will see more productions next year with his name on them.
