Description

Taking place at the world’s most unpopular kissing booth – join Victoria as they explore love, war, and lip angles through their interactive and (mostly) sexy, physical absurdity. A follow-up to their award-winning immersive solo show Poems For God (Best Solo Show, Victoria Fringe 2023; Fringe of the Fringe, Orlando Fringe 2023). 'Angel, Baby had me laughing so hard I thought I was going to pass out. Hands down one of the funniest shows I’ve seen in a long time' (TheLighterTouchCollective). 'Merriment and absurdity abound' (Apt613.ca).

Thoroughly engaging, absolutely not what I thought it would be (in a good way!), the manner in which the performer puts the audience in control of various aspects of the show ensures that all interactions feel driven by both and are thus good-natured and community spirited throughout. Was a joy to embark upon a tour of various Booths, with the movie skits being a particular highlight

Angel, Baby is the weirdest and most memorable show I saw at the Fringe. If you're seeking raw and unusual performance art and you have no problems with violations of personal space, this is the one to see.

A Clown show that explores vulnerabilities around being intimate. Let Victoria take you on a journey and delve into moments on the threshold of maybe or maybe not. Their playful participation games engage the audience leading to moments of tension that must be overcome together. Definitely worth a wander or tram ride out to Leith Arches!

Quirky, energetic and lots of fun!
Victoria’s style is captivating.
One of the most enjoyable Fringe experiences I’ve had this year
