Description
Pad thai: the legendary and the best. Thailand's world-famous dish is not just noodles, beansprouts and peanuts as you have experienced – there are a lot more ingredients than that. Executive Thai chef Rujira Herd will reveal the trade secrets she uses for her topflight clients. Learn essential blending techniques and the key ingredients used to complement the dish's flavours: dried prawns, bean curd, preserved mooli and Thai chives. Make delicious meals outstanding. You will learn two dishes, pad thai and dumplings.
