Executive Thai chef Rujira Herd will reveal the trade secrets she uses for her topflight clients. Learn essential blending techniques and the key ingredients used to complement the dish's flavours: dried prawns, bean curd, preserved mooli and Thai chives. Make delicious meals outstanding.
