Description

An explosion of nostalgia, joy and love releases itself on the stage, in the form of a poetic love letter. A whirlwind of gratitude as three individuals unravel their most heartwarming, stomach-tingling, glorious and positive moments in life as they battle the gloominess of the average day-to-day. Have you ever felt so happy your heart could burst? Three different stories. They watch the stars that follow them through the night, and embrace the change of new seasons. That glorious moment when... we don’t know what will happen next.

This show changed the way I look at the world, and had me laughing and crying throughout, and long after as well! I often found myself trying to figure out what exactly it was whilst watching it - 'All the Glorious Moments In-between' is so many things in one, it is poetry and theatre and a work of art, it is a love letter to kinship and womanhood and it is a reminder to, every once in a while, stop, breathe, and look around, to appreciate the little details of life you don't usually notice. This show is a perfect blend of real-life wit, beautiful poetry, and a touch of breaking the fourth wall! A TREMENDOUSLY talented cast and crew - the writing was spot on, and the acting and performance was spot on. I could not recommend it more wholeheartedly.

To coin the phrase, this show is truly glorious - as is the amazing cast and crew. It will have you laughing and crying almost in the same moment. The poetry is beautiful and the message is so uplifting. This will leave you feeling and thinking and reflecting for ages. I’ve seen this 4 times. See it! Five stars from me.

This show will undoubtedly make you leave the theatre uplifted and just that little bit more appreciative of the love and finer moments of life. The cast is amazing, and clearly have a lot of love and respect between them when performing this beautiful piece. You should definitely come and see this before they close !!

This was spectacular. A fringe must see. A beautiful heartfelt display of female friendships and the hardships that go along with that. Had me balling the whole time.

Is there no end to the talent on display from QMTC this year? This play stayed with me for a long time after I watched it, in fact I'm still reflecting on its power two days later! The cast worked so well together and I loved the blending of verse, dance and singing. It is such a celebration of life - tender, warm, funny - and the message, for me at any rate - my 'Glorious Moment in Between' - is that we are all connected. Life affirming!

Absolutely fantastic. The creativity and humour pulled my hearts strings in all directions. The actors were all brilliant. This is a little gem and has left a lasting impression on us. It’s a masterpiece!

Something that makes Fringe entertaining is the idea of your initial ideas of a show being subverted. What may appear as a well-meaning show about joyousness quickly reveals its facade as a much more bittersweet, and more thoughtful play. The play’s discussion into love and friendship in moments of personal weakness, and the attempts in which to find happiness “in the moments between” the good and bad in life, make this play incredibly unique. Its presentation of sisterhood, specifically between women of colour, create multiple moments full of both laughter and tears that is sure to leave an audience talking about the play and reevaluating how to find joy in their own moments of weakness. The show is consistent with a strong atmosphere, fulfilled by great direction, writing and performances which all contribute to a show very much worth watching this Fringe.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this show was/is, one of the best things I’ve seen at Fringe so far. Great chemistry with the cast and a beautiful, thought provoking script, just half an hour of love and joy!
