Description

I showered before I came. I hope you did too... I have high expectations and I'm sure you do too... of this show? Of your life? Of everything ever. Well it's everything you'll ever dream of and more too. It's kind of clown. Kind of not. Stupid. Important. Unhinged. Chaotic. Outrageous. Messy. Gritty. Real-life drama. Never been done before. 'If Angelina Jolie was bag-lady on the bus' (Chortle.co.uk).

Been meaning to review for ages, apologies, Having now seen a lot of shows this year, Alice’s stood out as a crazy, unique, clever and creatively fun journey- this is what the festival is all about, discovering new talent! It helps that it’s also very funny, in some parts uncomfortably so! Would highly recommend!

What a fantastic creative crazy journey Ali takes you on! So sorry I thought it starts at 22:30 (hence being late, what a wallop I am) but so happy I did!! Thank you for your crazy beautiful characters

Hilarious, surreal comedy that is specific and delightfully silly & intelligent at the same time. The office clown of Alice Cockayne is painfully funny. It must be seen to be believed.

This girl is a real talent . It is absurd , a mixture of Vic Reeves and Kate Bush and very , very funny . She rattles along through one ridiculous situation after another grabbing the audience by the scruff of the neck and taking them with her . This type of comedy requires very clever attention to detail . Such chaos comes from meticulous planning and superb writing . DO NOT miss this show . In future years you will be able to say I saw Alice Cockayne at the fringe back in 2023 .

If you love Charity Shop Sue/Bailey J Mills/Absurdist comedy, then this is the show for you - organised chaos. Tech needs refining, but the content is very funny.

This is exactly the kind of show you should be seeing at Edinburgh Fringe: it’s clowning, it’s character comedy XTRA strength, it’s something totally individual and fascinating. Mostly, a huge amount of fun.

This show is an excellently performed hour from a comedian having a great time beguiling and bemusing audiences, who, to be fair, seemed to be enjoying it too.
