This is definitely one of the strongest debut shows I’ve seen so far, and I urge you to catch AJ before he sells out. Go in with a willingness to sing along, and it’ll make the experience even more magical. I’ve never been more excited to see where someone’s career will go.

Actor, writer and composer AJ Holmes is a charming performer. His ease at the piano and guitar are joyous and he sings beautifully. It is a pleasure to hear a musical theatre star talk about musical theatre.

The end result is thoroughly entertaining, and a rewarding way to spend an hour. Catch him down at the Underbelly before he packs up his keyboard and heads back to the USA.
