Description

The Transatlantic Happiness Project presents top-notch jazz Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons at Leith Depot. Toronto guitarist Kevin Barrett is ‘insouciantly slinky’ (CBC Radio) and ‘a consummate accompanist’ (Ottawa Citizen). Fellow Canadian Ron Davis is 'one of the great minds in jazz!' (JAZZ.FM91): pianist, composer and leader of symphRONica. **** (Herald). **** (Scotsman). For Fringe 2019 they’ve invited some of Scotland’s finest musicians, including Seonaid Aitken, Susanna Macdonald, Chris Greive and Emma Smith to present a series of exciting and intimate afternoon sessions at Leith Depot. Each gig promises power, passion and surprise!
