General venue access

  • Wheelchair Accessible Toilets
  • Accessible entry: If not taking the lift there is a large flight to 1st floor of hotel then a further 4 steps to venue. Alternatively the building lift can be taken to the first floor and then a platform lift can be used instead of the 4 further steps. The access to the venue itself is along a very narrow corridor with a tight turn and further step, and is unfortunately therefore not accessible to wheelchair users.
  • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 11- 20
Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

A huge disappointment. Their laughs came from repeatedly messing up their improvisations, and not from creating jokiness or silliness. I thought it might just be the concept of improv comedy but I went to another improv comedy show later that day and the other act were a lot better with great improvisation. So disappointed.

I have seen many great improv shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, but After Dusk made me laugh so hard that it made my face hurt. With a clear adoration for its source material, Real Positive Poles bring a razor sharp wit to a show that never lets up on its energy, bringing the feeling of an immensely fun party of which anyone is invited to enjoy themselves. I could've seen it several times over and laughed harder every time.

Offbeat & very entertaining improv show which hooked in the audience immediately. Be prepared to be entertained & to laugh, this is left field & improv at its best.

Wasn't sure what to expect but this was so funny and really compelling. Each actor brought a unique talent yet all worked so well as an ensemble. Was laughing from the start. Well done Real Positive Poles!

No wonder this show is selling out fast! Great concept and really clever improv. Well-oiled team and the episodes we saw were hilarious! Improvised accompanying violin is a beautiful touch too.

An admirable attempt at creating this sort of a anthology sci-fi horror comedy
