Description

Aalex had a breakdown so you don't have to... unless you want to? (She highly recommends it.) Taking self-awareness to new heights, she overshares and guides you through this incredibly personal moment, picking it apart tear by tear. An experience that hopes to give you a sense of relief for your wobblies, highlights include: terrible TED talks, regimented "happiness habits", football (catering to the lads out there), dogs and ramen. Expect comedy pals at every show to serve as a buffer in what may be a triggering experience for all. LOL?
