Description

Steve Jackson – 'guts and sincerity' **** (Scotsman) – is returning to Surgeon's Hall with a new show. The narrative explores the growing pains of middle-age life, with more than a smattering of 80s/90s nostalgic references. The performance is skillfully foiled with self-deprecation and intergenerational comparison (channelling Stewart Lee/Daniel Kitson). As a bonus, featuring burgeoning star – Edinburgh's very own Pippa Mildred, be assured one to watch out for! She has often been described as Sacha Baron Cohen meets Tracy Beaker. So why don't you come and find out?!
