Description

Where are you really from? Pam gets asked this on a daily basis, due to her strong Aussie accent, she sounds nothing like where she was born, Birmingham England. London-living and loving comedian Pam was once a ten-pound Pom who bounced between UK and Oz. A fun, uplifting storytelling show about surviving lack of confidence, 70s pop, fashion and, of course, Spam sandwiches. A prequel to Don't You Dare! Put me in a Care Home – her Scotsman-reviewed multi four-star show. 'Perfect blend of Dave Allen and your hilarious Auntie' (Adelaide audience review).

Pam Ford shares with us colourful tales of a life well-lived, with callbacks that had us giggling like old friends, and a message to not live in fear.

Whilst Spam is often ridiculed as being of a consistent blandness, Pam Ford is not.

She is a rich mix of exotic flavours and experiences, which combine to provide both a comedic feast in this show, but also some poignant reminders of the not so distant past.

Plus she's a lovely lady too.
