Description
Winner: Brighton Fringe Best Stand-Up 2024 - The Seagull. An hour of comedy and definitely not an elaborate attempt to reconnect with my dad. It's a PowerPoint stand-up show with relatable storytelling that crosses off all the coming-of-age milestones. Growing up in the 2000s. Finding yourself. And seeing your dad's penis for the first time. 'It's been a while since a comedy show has made me laugh so hard that I got a stitch, but that's exactly what Marcus Dean's Has Anyone Seen My Dad? achieved.' Introducing you a different kind of dad joke performance by the King of PowerPoint!
Marcus tells a story about loss and self-growth in a humorous also warm way, with lots clever but honest jokes. Everyone’s father is different, but everyone can find resonance in this journey. Absolutely funny.

Just watched his show today, one funny up and coming comedian. He talked about things everyone can relate to. I have seen a few comedians use PowerPoint, but he wins. Speaks to the crowd but he can read a room so don't worry if you just like to sit and listen because he'll leave you 'pissing yourself laughing'

Really funny show with a lot of heart but also a lot of head. The head downstairs if you know what I mean (penis). Really great crowd work and dealt with a sensitive issue really well for the whole room.

Honestly this is mustard, a touching story with humour layered throughout. Very funny with the crowd. Can see why this show won an award at Brighton fringe. Would recommend
